Dear friends! We are pleased to
announce that this Spring Lutheran Hospital Ministries-Southern Alberta Society
(LHM-SAS) will be hosting visitor training courses
for anyone interested in becoming visitors with LHM-SAS or for those who just
want to learn to become better listeners!
LHM-SAS exists to bring Jesus’ healing and promise of salvation to
Lutherans and others who are in hospitals and care facilities, and their
families. As the hospitals and care facilities are now allowing us to return and
re-engage our ministry with full force, we have a need
for visitors willing to serve our Lord and His people. We encourage you to come
out and join us and see if this ministry might be a fit for you!
When? Saturday May 6th from 10:00am-
2:00pm (If this initial session piques your interest there will be 2
subsequent training sessions. The date for these will be discussed with those
interested).
